TVEN

Pronounced: {Tí-ven}, TVEN ROMERO is a Mexican-American artist who blends genres with intention, bridging the warmth of reggaeton, the edge of rap, and the energy of dance-pop.

Born Steven Romero, TVEN’s artist name pays homage to his grandmother, who lovingly pronounced his name without the "S" due to her native Spanish tongue. What started as a family nickname has since become a symbol of heritage, resilience, and reinvention.

Raised in a working-class household, TVEN became the first college graduate in his family, earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California (USC). His academic journey mirrors the same drive and discipline he brings to his music: pushing boundaries, telling real stories, and creating space for authenticity in a genre often dominated by flash over feeling.

TVEN ROMERO is part of a new wave of Latin-American artists redefining pop and urban music. His unique sound reflects both his cultural roots and modern influences, weaving rhythm and emotion into tracks that feel deeply personal yet universally resonant.

Tven has been featured in Los Angeles Magazine &GayGenda Magazine with the release of his catchy and sensual 2022 single, “Pajarito Mas Bonito,”  leading into the release of his debut self-titled EP, TVEN. With his smooth vocal delivery, vibrant production, and emotionally charged lyrics, TVEN ROMERO is carving his own lane in the next wave of Latin-American pop.
